I am wearing the size large - this dress is fitting on the larger side. I could have gotten away with the medium. The only thing to be mindful of, is if you are bustier, you may want to stick with your typical size. The back is smocked and the shoulder bands are stretchy, so you shouldn't have to worry about it being too snug.
