Refund policy

We hope that you absolutely love your items from Davy Boutique, but we understand that sometimes that just won't be the case. An item may be returned for a full refund or an exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the original, unused and unworn condition as shipped. A refund will be issued to the card you used when placing your order. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to hit your account. Items received after 30 days will be refunded via store credit. With sale items, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

ANY ITEMS SOLD 30% OFF & OVER ARE FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS/REFUNDS

Any item received back for a return that is not in the original, unused and unworn condition will not be refunded. Items with make up stains, pet hair, perfume or other strong odor are a few examples of items that cannot be refunded, even for a store credit.

Please include the email you used when you placed the order with all returns. If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know what size you would like to exchange for on the packing slip that was shipped with your order.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we are happy to do that if we have the inventory available.

The customer will be in charge of paying for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the shipping information from the customer, we will send the replacement item.

Davy will pay for a shipping charge for an exchange one time. If a customer needs to make an additional exchange/return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the item to be returned, and for the replacement item.
